Sales
Prices and color choices are as explained in web. If there is a blatant
error in the programming, normal prices are effective. We will never adjust
a wrongly priced item without your knowledge. You will be notified by
email and asked if you would still like to make the purchase. If an item
is out of stock, and will not be in for longer than 7 days, you will be
notified by email. Most of our items are in stock an are shipped within
next business day. Custom Johnathon Thomas Humidors are made to order.
Depending on number of orders ahead of your order, these can take up to
approximately 12 weeks. We make every effort to get your humidor in a
timely manner.
Returns
& Guarantees
All merchandise, except Johnathon Thomas Humidors & personalized
items, comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. We ask that you try
to send all returns back in their original package and enclose a copy
of your sales receipt with a note of why you are returning the product.
If you do not have a copy of the sales receipt, please enclose your
name and address and we will look up your order. If you are returning
the product due to defective merchandise or we sent the wrong products,
we will replace or refund that price of the product and shipping amount
equal to standard ground shipping. If you choose next day, 2nd day,
3rd day, or international you will only be refunded an amount equal
to standard UPS domestic ground. If the product has been damaged in
shipping, please contact us so we can have our shipping company inspect
the damaged goods. For international orders, a refund will only be
given once merchandise has been received by us, we will refund the
amount of product and shipping amount equal to standard ground. You
will be required to get the merchandise to us. If for any reason you
refuse shipping, we will only refund your purchase amount and no shipping.
For all other returns no shipping costs will be refunded. International
orders may be subject to import taxes. Please check with your countries
proper authorities for this information. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
IMPORT TAXES.
For all Johnathon
Thomas Humidors, a refund will only be given if the product has been
damaged in shipping. These humidors are packed with extra packing
so this rarely if ever happens. If there is a minor problem, like
cracked glass, we will fix the damaged glass or whatever the problem
may be.
Custom
engraved items, (cutters, lighters, humidors, plaques...ect) are only
returnable if we have made a spelling or grammer error. Damaged items
will be replaced.
Shipping
All domestic shipping is done through UPS. Most orders will go out within
the same or next business day when order is placed. Shipping time is outlined
on our shipping chart.
APO, FPO
and post office boxes are shipped through USPS. All items shipped through
USPS are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Shipping times vary depending
on USPS.
International
orders are shipped through UPS or USPS depending on rates. If your item
is shipped through USPS, they are untraceable therefore no tracking information
is available. All International orders are insured so you will never lose
your money if the order does not arrive. For international orders that
are lost, you must allow 60 days. This is USPS policy for refunds. This
rarely if ever happens but must be addressed.
Privacy
All information received by Humidor Central will be held strictly confidential.
No email addresses, phone numbers or shipping or billing addresses will
be used or given out other than for normal use for your order.
International
Shipping
For international orders, a refund will only be given once merchandise
has been received by us, we will refund the amount of product and shipping
amount equal to standard domestic ground shipping. You will be required
to get the merchandise to us. Note in some countries you will be required
to pay an import tax. This tax is your responsibility and is different
for each country so check with your country appropriate office to get
your import tax rate.
Order
Missing Parts
If your order is has broken or missing parts, please contact us and we
will send the part out. Due to high shipping costs, we will most likely
ship the missing part through USPS.
Lighters
Not Working
When we ship lighters, due to Federal Regulations, we cannot ship filled
with butane. We put enough butane in to test them, so your lighter may
work for a while, but we suggest getting butane and filling the lighter.
To fill the lighter, fit the butane nozzle over the fill valve on the
bottom of the lighter, push down and hold for 3 seconds then release.
Repeat this process 4-5 times. Do not try to light the lighter for 5 minutes
as compressed gas is cold and will freeze the lighting mechanism. You
can adjust the flame size by turning the flame adjuster.
